Thank you so very much for the healing I receive from the group. I have travelled half way around the world to live. There has been many emotions, adjustments, and some health challenges. I've yet to adopt a better routine for my wellbeing but sometimes I just feel a strong upwelling of bliss. And I remember why. It's such a wonderful help and a reminder for me to get back on track.
