Meditation groups perform an invaluable service

Some of the Meditation Groups that it is possible to join to assist Humanity and the Planet. A growing and encouraging trend within humanity.

These groups, of the many thousands around, are not endorsed by the INEH. Please use your intelligence and intuition.

"By the development of goodwill, which is the will of good intention and motive, will come the healing of diseases of the respiratory tract, lungs and throat, the stabilising of the cells of the brain, the cure of insanities and obsessions, and an attainment of equilibrium and of rhythm. Longevity will ensue, for death should be the recognition by the soul of work consummated and pralaya earned. It will only take place later at long and separated periods, and will be controlled by the will of the man. He will cease to breathe when he has finished his work, and then will send the atoms of his body into pralaya. From the point of Light within the Mind God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men*
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let Love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ* return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men-
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

INEH Groups...
Czech Republic. Meditate at 8.00am, 7.00GMT. Link up subjectively and sound the Gayatri...

"Unveil to us the face of the true spiritual Sun, hidden by a disk of golden light, that we may know the truth and do our whole duty, as we journey to Thy sacred Feet."

Other groups meditate around 17.00, 18.00GMT. A good time to sound the Mantram of the New Group of World Servers.....A strong subjective relationship exists between all servers of the Plan. This coherent, integrated group is transmitting spiritual energy throughout all areas of human thought and action to strengthen world unity and right human relationships. Men and women of goodwill link up in thought everyday at five pm local time with the world servers using the following brief dedication, silently and with focussed attention:

                     May the Power of the one Life pour through the group of all true servers
          May the Love of the one Soul characterise the life of all who seek to aid the Great Ones
       May I fulfil my part in the one Work through self-forgetfulness, harmlessness and right speech.

UK group. Friday evening meditation. Starts at 6.15pm until 6.45pm and follows this format - Radiating Meditation - as below.
Also, the UK committee uses the following format on a Thursday at 9.00am for Group Radiatory Healing. Visualising our healing link with the New Group of World Servers and the Planetary Purpose and Plan.
A 1st of the Month initiative, working on balancing our own etheric centres as part of the whole etheric network and many of us use the INEH Full Moon meditation.
